fix: revert release creation to softprops/action-gh-release@v2 (without generate_release_notes)
Manual curl approach silently dropped large tar.gz files due to Gitea's attachment size limit. The action handles large file uploads correctly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
